Introduction
Colored Pixels Studio built the Radius Around Me app as an Ad Supported app. This SERVICE is provided by Colored Pixels Studio at no cost and is intended for use as is.
Throughout this document, “Colored Pixels Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to the individual owner/developer operating under the brand name “Colored Pixels Studio” and any affiliated parties who contribute to the development, maintenance, or operation of the Radius Around Me app.

For a better experience of this app and while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain information such as your current Location. The information that we request will not be retained by us. We do not have any online server to store your personal data to use it in any way.
Location Data
To provide the core functionality of our app, we require access to your device’s location data. This location information is used exclusively to:
- Display your current position on Google Maps
- Enable placement of radius circles and markers at your location
- Calculate distances and areas based on your position
Standard Location Usage (Free and Premium Users):
- Location data is accessed when you tap the location button or when initially loading the map
- We do not maintain any location history
- We do not track your movements unless you enable the Dynamic Circles feature
- We do not store your location data on remote servers
- Each time you open the app, it requests fresh location data from your device
- All location processing occurs on your device
- Location data is never shared with third parties except as required to display map functionality
Dynamic Circles Feature (Premium Only):
Premium subscribers have access to the Dynamic Circles feature, which involves enhanced location tracking:
- When enabled, this feature continuously tracks your real-time GPS location
- Circles automatically update and follow your movement while the feature is active
- Continuous GPS tracking may significantly increase battery consumption
- Location updates occur frequently (typically every few seconds) while moving
- This tracking is active only while the app is in use and the feature is enabled
- You can disable Dynamic Circles at any time through the app settings
- No movement history or location trails are stored – only current position is used
You can control location access through your device settings, though this may limit the app’s core functionality. The precision level of location data collected is determined by your device settings and can be adjusted according to your preferences.
User-Created Content
The app allows you to create and save various map elements. This information:
- Is stored locally on your device only
- Is not uploaded to our servers
- Can be deleted by you at any time by removing the elements or uninstalling the app
- Includes the following types of data:
- Radius circles with custom sizes (in miles, kilometers, or feet)
- Custom colors for circles and markers
- Marker positions placed via long-tap
- Repositioned markers (via drag and drop)
- Coordinate information for circles and markers
- Calculated area measurements for circles
- Circle fill preferences (for premium users)
Subscription and Payment Processing
Our app offers a premium subscription that removes advertisements and provides exclusive features including Dynamic Circles and Circle Fill Toggle. For subscription management, we use RevenueCat, a third-party service that handles subscription analytics and customer identification. When you purchase a subscription:
- RevenueCat creates a unique customer identifier to manage your subscription status
- Your purchase is processed through your device’s app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store)
- RevenueCat tracks your subscription status and entitlements to ensure proper access to premium features
- Subscription data is synchronized across your devices using the same app store account
- We do not handle or store payment information directly – all payment processing is managed by Google Play or Apple App Store
- Your subscription status determines access to premium features (ad removal, Dynamic Circles, Circle Fill Toggle)
However, the app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Advertising
Our app includes advertisements provided by Google AdMob, AppLovin, Facebook Audience Network (via AdMob mediation), and other advertising partners. These advertisements are shown only to free users, as premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience. These advertisements:
- May use device identifiers and other non-personal information to serve personalized ads
- May collect and use data about your app usage and device to improve ad targeting
- Are governed by the respective privacy policies of our advertising partners
- Can be personalized based on your interests as inferred from your app usage

Premium Feature Security: When using the Dynamic Circles feature, your real-time location is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. The feature state (enabled/disabled) is stored locally and synced with your subscription status through RevenueCat’s secure infrastructure.

Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
App Purpose and Calculation Accuracy
Important Limitations:
- NOT A NAVIGATION APP: Radius Around Me is NOT a navigation application. It does not provide directions, routing, or real-time location tracking for navigation purposes. Elements placed on the map are static by default and will not follow your movement unless you have a premium subscription and enable the Dynamic Circles feature.
- CALCULATION ACCURACY DISCLAIMER: Due to the Earth’s curvature and factors including but not limited to terrain, building structures, weather, device limitations, map projection limitations, and various geographical factors, all distances, areas, coordinates, and other measurements provided by the App are APPROXIMATE and should be treated as ESTIMATES ONLY. These calculations may deviate from actual real-world measurements and should never be relied upon for critical decisions. We will not be responsible for any incorrect information or consequences resulting from reliance on these approximate calculations.
- NO LIABILITY FOR DECISIONS: Colored Pixels Studio expressly disclaims any responsibility for decisions made by users based on information, measurements, or visualizations provided by the App. You should never rely exclusively on this App for making decisions that require precise measurements or that could impact safety, legal matters, property boundaries, navigation, or other critical concerns.
- NO PROFESSIONAL REPLACEMENT: This App is not a substitute for professional surveying, mapping, or measurement tools. It should not be used for professional purposes requiring high precision.
- DYNAMIC CIRCLES PRIVACY: The premium Dynamic Circles feature continuously accesses your location while active. This may result in increased battery consumption and more frequent location data processing. While this data remains on your device, you should be aware of the increased location access when using this feature.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, which may include:
