Terms and Conditions for Lumentime

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Colored Pixels Studio. Throughout this document, “Colored Pixels Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to the individual owner/developer operating under the brand name “Colored Pixels Studio” and any affiliated parties who contribute to the development, maintenance, or operation of the Lumentime app. These terms protect both the brand name “Colored Pixels Studio” AND the individual developer personally from ANY and ALL liability, claims, damages, or legal actions. Colored Pixels Studio is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for. When you install or use this app, it is assumed that you have gone through the Introduction section of this app. Colored Pixels Studio will not hold any responsibility if you do not find your desired feature(s) in the app or if the app doesn’t function as you want. App Purpose and Functionality

Lumentime is a relaxation and ambient lighting tool that allows users to create customizable virtual lamps for sleep, focus, and mood enhancement. The App provides various lighting effects, timers, and ambient sounds for relaxation purposes.

Free vs Pro Features

Free Users Receive:

Maximum of 3 custom lamps (attempting to create more will be blocked)
Full Lamp display mode only
Basic timer functionality without auto-dimming
3 basic ambient sounds only
Full screen mode access only through watching rewarded advertisements
Advertisement-supported experience throughout the app

Pro Users (One-time purchase) Receive:

Unlimited custom lamps
All lamp display modes (LED, Neon, Glass, Full Screen)
Advanced auto-dimming features with timer
Flow mode with breathing light effects and animations
All 15+ ambient sounds including pro high-quality options
Completely ad-free experience
Full screen mode without any advertisements

No Cloud Services or User Accounts

IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY:

NO CLOUD BACKUP: We do not provide any cloud backup, cloud storage, or cloud synchronization services
NO USER ACCOUNTS: The app does not require or support user account creation, login credentials, or personal identification
NO CROSS-DEVICE SYNC: Your lamp configurations will NOT sync between devices – each device is completely independent
LOCAL STORAGE ONLY: All your lamp data is stored locally on your device using SQLite database
PERMANENT DATA LOSS WARNING: If you uninstall the app, reset your device, clear app data, or lose your device, ALL your lamp configurations will be PERMANENTLY LOST with no way to recover them
NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DATA LOSS: We accept absolutely NO responsibility for any data loss, regardless of the cause

Important Limitations:

NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE: Lumentime is NOT a medical device or therapeutic treatment. It is designed for relaxation and ambiance only and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
DEVICE BRIGHTNESS CONTROL DISCLAIMER: When device brightness control is enabled, the app will adjust your device’s screen brightness to match lamp settings. This feature may impact battery life, device performance, and eye comfort. Use this feature with consideration for your device’s capabilities and your personal comfort level, especially in dark environments or for extended periods.
NO LIABILITY FOR HEALTH EFFECTS: Colored Pixels Studio expressly disclaims any responsibility for eye strain, sleep disruption, seizures, headaches, or other health effects that may result from using the app’s lighting features, especially at high brightness levels or for extended periods.
NO PROFESSIONAL REPLACEMENT: This App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, sleep therapy, light therapy treatments, or other professional wellness services. It should not be used as a replacement for medical treatment or professional consultation.
TIMER FUNCTIONALITY: The timer feature is designed for convenience and relaxation routines. It should not be relied upon for critical time-sensitive activities or as a replacement for medical timers or alarms.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you understand these limitations and use the app at your own risk.

Pro Purchase Terms

Lumentime offers a lifetime pro purchase that removes advertisements and unlocks premium features including unlimited lamps, auto-dimming, flow mode, pro sounds, and all lamp types. By purchasing pro access, you agree to the following terms:

Pro Purchase and Billing

One-Time Purchase: Lumentime Pro is offered as a one-time purchase to unlock all premium features
Billing: Purchases are processed through your device’s app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store)
Lifetime Access: Pro features are unlocked permanently upon purchase
Payment: Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing for new purchases with notice as required by applicable law
NO PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION: We do not collect or store your payment information, app store credentials, or any personal financial data

Pro Account Management

Account Management: Pro status is tied to your app store account (Google Play or Apple ID) through RevenueCat service
Device Access: Your pro purchase can be accessed on any device logged into the same app store account
Restore Purchases: You can restore your pro status on new devices through the app’s restore purchase feature
Refunds: Refund requests are subject to the app store’s refund policy (Google Play or Apple App Store) – we have no control over refund decisions
NO LOGIN REQUIRED: Pro verification occurs automatically through your app store without requiring any login from you

Ad Removal: Pro purchase removes all advertisements from the app
Unlimited Lamps: Create unlimited custom lamps (free version limited to 3 lamps)
All Lamp Types: Access to LED, Neon, Glass, and Full Screen lamp modes
Auto Dimming: Gradual brightness reduction with timer functionality
Flow Mode: Breathing light effects and animations
Pro Sounds: Access to additional high-quality ambient sounds
Advanced Features: All customization options and advanced settings

Pro Purchase Changes and Termination

Permanent License: Pro purchase provides lifetime access to pro features
Service Termination: We reserve the right to terminate pro services with reasonable notice
Account Termination: We may terminate your pro access if you violate these terms
Data Management: RevenueCat, our subscription management service, handles customer identification and pro status

By purchasing pro features, you acknowledge that you understand the purchase terms and agree to the billing terms of your respective app store.

Data Storage and Security

The Lumentime app stores and processes data locally on your device to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Lumentime app won’t work properly or at all. All lamp configurations, settings, and user data are stored locally on your device using SQLite database. We do not access or collect your saved lamp configurations. Data will be lost if the App is uninstalled or if your device is reset. The app does use third party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions. Lumentime contains advertisements for free users. Pro users will not see advertisements. We use Google AdMob as our primary advertising platform, with AppLovin and Facebook Audience Network serving ads through AdMob mediation. Google AdMob Terms:

Google may serve personalized advertisements based on information collected about your device and app usage
Google may use cookies, mobile advertising identifiers, and other data collection methods to enhance ad targeting
You may be subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when interacting with Google advertisements
Google may share information with its partners to improve ad targeting and measurement

Facebook Audience Network Terms:

Facebook may serve advertisements based on information collected about your device, app usage, and potentially your Facebook account if you have one
Facebook may use device identifiers, cookies, and similar technologies to enhance ad personalization
You may be subject to Facebook’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when interacting with Facebook advertisements

AppLovin Specific Terms:

AppLovin may serve personalized advertisements based on information collected about your device and app usage
AppLovin may use cookies, mobile identifiers, and similar technologies to enhance ad targeting
You may be subject to AppLovin’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when interacting with AppLovin advertisements
By using the App, you acknowledge that AppLovin may collect, use, and share certain device data and app usage information for advertising purposes
AppLovin may share information with its partners to improve ad targeting and measurement

Service Limitations and Comprehensive Liability Disclaimers

YOU SHOULD BE AWARE THAT THERE ARE VIRTUALLY NO CIRCUMSTANCES UNDER WHICH COLORED PIXELS STUDIO OR THE INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPER WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING THAT GOES WRONG. THE FOLLOWING ARE EXTENSIVE BUT NOT EXHAUSTIVE DISCLAIMERS: Internet and Connectivity: Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Colored Pixels Studio cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left. Data Charges: If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app. Device Responsibility: Along the same lines, Colored Pixels Studio cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Colored Pixels Studio cannot accept responsibility. Data Loss: Colored Pixels Studio will not take responsibility for any kind of data loss due to your device’s internal functionality. In case of an event such as formatting of your device, or the data for Lumentime is cleared from the settings, etc., Colored Pixels Studio will not take any responsibility for this loss or to retrieve such data. Third Party Dependencies: With respect to Colored Pixels Studio’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Colored Pixels Studio accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app. Device Brightness Control: When device brightness control is enabled, the app will adjust your device’s screen brightness. We accept no liability for any eye strain, discomfort, battery drain, device overheating, screen burn-in, permanent device damage, vision problems, sleep disruption, seizures, headaches, migraines, or any other issues that may result from using this feature. Users should exercise caution and disable this feature if they experience any discomfort. Timer Accuracy and Reliability: While we strive to provide accurate timer functionality, timer accuracy may be affected by device performance, background app restrictions, power saving modes, operating system updates, and countless other system factors beyond our control. You should NEVER rely on the app’s timer for critical, safety-related, medical timing needs, cooking, wake-up alarms, medication reminders, or any situation where timer failure could cause harm, inconvenience, or loss. Ambient Sound Quality: Sound quality may vary based on device capabilities, audio settings, network connectivity, speaker quality, and device age. We are not responsible for audio quality issues, hearing damage, tinnitus, audio distortion, compatibility problems with your device’s audio system, or any hearing-related health issues. Health and Wellness Effects: We make absolutely no claims about therapeutic benefits, sleep improvement, stress reduction, pain relief, mood enhancement, productivity increases, or other health effects of using the app. Results may vary dramatically between individuals, and you should consult healthcare professionals for any medical concerns. We are not responsible for any adverse health effects, worsening of existing conditions, or failure to achieve desired wellness outcomes. Advertising Content: We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, appropriateness, decency, legality, or safety of any advertisements displayed in the App. Advertisements are provided by third-party services including Google AdMob, AppLovin, and Facebook Audience Network, which have their own terms and privacy policies. We have no control over ad content and accept no responsibility for any consequences of viewing or interacting with advertisements. Pro Purchase Services: We are not responsible for billing issues, refund disputes, payment processing problems, unauthorized charges, billing errors, account suspensions, or any financial issues, as these are handled by your respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store). For purchase-related issues, please contact your app store’s customer support directly. Software Updates and Compatibility: We are not responsible if app updates break functionality on your device, cause incompatibility issues, worsen performance, consume more battery, or introduce new bugs. Device compatibility may change without notice, and older devices may lose support. User Stupidity and Misuse: We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your failure to read instructions, ignoring warnings, using the app inappropriately, using the app while impaired, using the app in dangerous situations, sharing your device unsupervised with children, or any other form of user error, negligence, or poor judgment.

Prohibited Uses and User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the App:

For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
To infringe the intellectual property rights of others or us
To transmit viruses, malware, spyware, or other malicious code
To interfere with the operation of the App, our servers, or other users’ experience
To automate access or use the App through bots, scripts, or automated tools
As a medical device, therapeutic tool, or for medical treatment purposes
For emergency lighting, safety applications, critical timing needs, or life-safety systems
As a substitute for professional light therapy, sleep therapy, or medical treatment
In any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the App or our systems
For commercial purposes beyond personal use without explicit written permission
To create derivative works, reverse engineer, or extract functionality from the App
To block, disable, circumvent, or otherwise interfere with advertisements in the App (for free users)
To circumvent, hack, exploit, or attempt to bypass pro purchase restrictions or payment systems
To share pro accounts, access credentials, or pro features with others
To attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract pro feature functionality
In environments where screen brightness changes could pose safety risks or endanger others
For individuals with photosensitive epilepsy, seizure disorders, or other light-sensitive conditions without proper medical consultation
To distribute, share, copy, or redistribute ambient sounds or other copyrighted content included in the app
While driving, operating machinery, or in any situation requiring full attention and alertness
As a replacement for proper room lighting, reading lamps, work lighting, or safety lighting
In professional settings where color accuracy, timing precision, or lighting reliability is critical
To cause intentional screen burn-in or damage to your or others’ devices
To create excessive load on your device’s battery, processor, or display systems
In any way that violates the terms of service of app stores, advertising networks, or third-party services
To exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended functionality for any purpose
To provide false information, fake reviews, or misleading feedback about the app
To use the app as evidence, documentation, or proof for any legal, medical, or professional purposes
To rely on the app for time-sensitive communications, reminders, or critical notifications
In any manner that could result in injury, property damage, financial loss, or other harm to yourself or others

Additional User Responsibilities:

You are responsible for ensuring your device is suitable for running the app
You are responsible for all data charges, battery usage, and device wear from app usage
You are responsible for monitoring your own health and discontinuing use if you experience any adverse effects
You are responsible for supervising any children or others who may use your device with the app
You are responsible for backing up any important data before using the app
You are responsible for reading and understanding all warnings, disclaimers, and instructions

Comprehensive Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Colored Pixels Studio (as a brand name), the individual developer operating under this brand, and any affiliates, contractors, or service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise from or relate to:

Your use or misuse of the App in any way, shape, or form
Your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations
Your violation of any rights of another person, entity, or organization
Your use of device brightness control features or any resulting effects of any kind
Any health effects, eye strain, discomfort, injury, or medical issues resulting from app usage
Your breach of any part of these Terms, even minor or technical violations
Your interaction with any advertisements displayed in the App or consequences thereof
Any pro purchase-related disputes, billing issues, or refund claims
Your use of pro features or services in any manner
Any decisions or actions taken based on timer functionality or timing provided by the App
Your use of the app for purposes we have specifically disclaimed or prohibited
Any damage to your device, data loss, or technical problems resulting from app usage
Any consequences of sharing your device with others who use the app
Any data charges, roaming fees, or other costs incurred from app usage
Any consequences of using the app while your judgment is impaired by alcohol, drugs, fatigue, or medical conditions
Any consequences of using the app in inappropriate environments or dangerous situations
Any reliance on the app for critical functions, medical purposes, or professional activities
Any consequences of app malfunctions, bugs, crashes, or unexpected behavior
Any consequences of third-party service failures or changes (app stores, ad networks, etc.)
Any consequences of operating system updates, device incompatibilities, or hardware failures
Any consequences of your failure to read, understand, or follow warnings and instructions
Any legal actions, regulatory investigations, or complaints related to your app usage
Any intellectual property infringement claims related to your use of the app
Any privacy violations or data security issues on your device
Any consequences whatsoever, however remote, indirect, or unforeseeable, connected to your use of this app

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the App. This indemnification applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability might be imposed, including but not limited to negligence, strict liability, breach of contract, or any other cause of action.

Maximum Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLORED PIXELS STUDIO AND THE INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPER DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. COLORED PIXELS STUDIO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, VIRUS-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS IN THE APP WILL EVER BE CORRECTED. COLORED PIXELS STUDIO DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE APP IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, SAFETY, OR OTHERWISE. THIS DISCLAIMER APPLIES TO ALL FEATURES OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LIGHTING EFFECTS, TIMER FUNCTIONALITY, AMBIENT SOUNDS, DEVICE BRIGHTNESS CONTROL, PREMIUM SERVICES, USER INTERFACES, DATA STORAGE, AND ANY OTHER FUNCTIONALITY PROVIDED. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING:

The app’s suitability for any particular purpose or use case
The accuracy or reliability of any timers, alarms, or timing functions
The safety of using device brightness control or lighting effects
The quality, appropriateness, or safety of ambient sounds
The app’s compatibility with your specific device or operating system
The app’s performance under various environmental conditions
The security of data stored on your device by the app
The app’s compliance with any specific accessibility requirements
Any health, wellness, or therapeutic benefits from app usage
The app’s continued availability or functionality in the future

Maximum Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COLORED PIXELS STUDIO (AS A BRAND), THE INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPER, OR ANY AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT
USE OF DEVICE BRIGHTNESS CONTROL FEATURES OR ANY RESULTING EFFECTS
ANY HEALTH EFFECTS, PHYSICAL REACTIONS, OR MEDICAL CONSEQUENCES FROM APP USAGE
TIMER INACCURACY, FAILURE TO FUNCTION, OR RELIANCE ON TIMING FEATURES
RELIANCE ON THE APP FOR ANY CRITICAL, IMPORTANT, OR TIME-SENSITIVE PURPOSES
SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, OUTAGES, OR TECHNICAL FAILURES
APP CRASHES, BUGS, GLITCHES, OR UNEXPECTED BEHAVIOR
OPERATING SYSTEM UPDATES OR DEVICE COMPATIBILITY ISSUES
ADVERTISEMENTS DISPLAYED IN THE APP OR YOUR INTERACTION WITH THEM
PREMIUM PURCHASE BILLING, RESTORATION, REFUND, OR ACCESS ISSUES
LOSS OF PREMIUM FEATURES OR ACCESS
ANY SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES
DATA LOSS, CORRUPTION, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS STORED INFORMATION
SECURITY BREACHES OR PRIVACY VIOLATIONS ON YOUR DEVICE
THIRD-PARTY SERVICE FAILURES OR CHANGES
YOUR MISUSE, MISUNDERSTANDING, OR INAPPROPRIATE USE OF THE APP
ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE APP, ITS CONTENT, OR OUR SERVICES

THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS WILL APPLY WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARISE OUT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, VIOLATION OF STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE OR COLORED PIXELS STUDIO WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE LAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR, IF GREATER, TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($25). IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANYTHING, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO ZERO DOLLARS ($0). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Updates and Termination

At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android and iOS – the requirements for system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Colored Pixels Studio does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the device version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms. Pro Purchase Termination: If we terminate the app or pro services, active pro users will be notified with reasonable advance notice. Pro access will remain functional during any reasonable transition period, and users may be entitled to refunds according to the respective app store’s policies.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the App shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of United States of America. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

The failure of Colored Pixels Studio to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Colored Pixels Studio regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and Colored Pixels Studio.

Changes to This Terms and Conditions

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These terms and conditions are effective as of July 17, 2025
